By accessing and using FlexiPartners Ltd's umbrella company services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Service Description

FlexiPartners Ltd provides umbrella company services including:

• Payroll processing and administration
• HMRC compliance and reporting
• Contract management
• Expense processing
• Employment law compliance
• Customer support services

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit timesheets and expenses promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed

Fees and Payment

Our fee structure includes:

• Weekly umbrella fee as agreed in your contract
• Additional charges for specific services (if applicable)
• All fees are subject to VAT where applicable

Fees are deducted from your gross pay before processing. We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' written notice.

Limitation of Liability

FlexiPartners Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments will be processed
• Final payslips and tax documents will be provided
• Access to online services will be revoked
• Data retention policies will apply
